And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.

Recognizing the charge entrusted to me, James, Peter, and John, who were regarded as pillars of the church, openly acknowledged Barnabas and me as fellow workers, agreeing that we should go to the Gentiles, and they to the Jews.

und als sie die Gnade erkannten, die mir gegeben ist, gaben Jakobus und Kephas und Johannes, die als Säulen angesehen wurden, mir und Barnabas die Rechte der Gemeinschaft, auf daß wir unter die Nationen, sie aber unter die Beschneidung gingen;

Y como vieron la gracia que me era dada, Jacobo y Cefas y Juan, que parecían ser las columnas, nos dieron las diestras de compañía á mí y á Bernabé, para que nosotros fuésemos á los Gentiles, y ellos á la circuncisión.

Eles fizeram isso para que nós pudéssemos ir aos gentios, e para que eles fossem aos que eram circuncidados.
