Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover.

They lead Jesus therefore from Caiaphas into the Prætorium: and it was early; and they themselves entered not into the Prætorium, that they might not be defiled, but might eat the passover.

From Caiaphas they took Jesus to the Government house. It was early in the morning. But they did not enter the Government house themselves, otherwise they might become ‘defiled,’ and so be unable to eat the Passover.

Sie führen nun Jesum von Kajaphas in das Prätorium; es war aber frühmorgens. Und sie gingen nicht hinein in das Prätorium, auf daß sie sich nicht verunreinigten, sondern das Passah essen möchten.

Y llevaron á Jesús de Caifás al pretorio: y era por la mañana: y ellos no entraron en el pretorio por no ser contaminados, sino que comiesen la pascua.

Levaram pois a Jesus de Caifás para o tribunal. E era pela manhã; e não entraram no tribunal, para que não se contaminassem, mas que pudessem comer a Páscoa.

Depois, levaram Jesus da presença de Caifás para o palácio do governador. Era de manhã, e não entraram no palácio para não serem contaminados, e poderem comer a Páscoa.
