Wenn aber der Ochse vordem stößig war, und sein Besitzer ist gewarnt worden, und er hat ihn nicht verwahrt, und er tötet einen Mann oder ein Weib, so soll der Ochse gesteinigt, und auch sein Besitzer soll getötet werden.

Pero si el buey era acorneador desde ayer y antes de ayer, y á su dueño le fué hecho requerimiento, y no lo hubiere guardado, y matare hombre ó mujer, el buey será apedreado, y también morirá su dueño.

Porém se o boi era chifrador desde o passado, e a seu dono lhe foi feito advertência, e não o houver guardado, e matar homem ou mulher, o boi será apedrejado, e também morrerá seu dono.

Mas, se o boi já tinha o hábito de ferir no passado, e seu dono tinha conhecimento e não tomou nenhuma providência, e o boi matar um homem ou uma mulher, o boi deverá ser apedrejado e seu dono morto.
