So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.

And, when this dying body has put on its deathless form, then indeed will the words of scripture come true —

Wenn aber dieses Verwesliche Unverweslichkeit anziehen und dieses Sterbliche Unsterblichkeit anziehen wird, dann wird das Wort erfüllt werden, das geschrieben steht: "Verschlungen ist der Tod in Sieg".

Y cuando esto corruptible fuere vestido de incorrupción, y esto mortal fuere vestido de inmortalidad, entonces se efectuará la palabra que está escrita: Sorbida es la muerte con victoria.

E quando este corpo se vestir de incorrupção, e este corpo mortal se vestir de imortalidade, então se cumprirá a palavra que está escrita: Na vitória, a morte é tragada.

Mas, quando este corpo perecível se revestir do que é imperecível, e este corpo mortal se revestir do que é imortal, então virá o que está escrito: "Tragada foi a morte pela vitória".
