5Edificai casas, e nelas habitai; plantai hortas, e comei o fruto delas.
6Tomai esposas, e gerai filhos e filhas, e tomai esposas para vossos filhos, e dai vossas filhas a homens, para que gerem filhos e filhas; e ali multiplicai-vos, e não vos diminuais.
7E buscai a paz da cidade para onde eu vos levei, e orai por ela ao SENHOR; porque na paz dela vós tereis paz.
8Porque assim diz o SENHOR dos exércitos, Deus de Israel: Os vossos profetas, que há entre vós, e vossos adivinhos não vos enganem; nem escutais a vossos sonhos, que vós sonhais.
