Wie du deine Freude hattest an dem Erbteil des Hauses Israel, darum daß es verwüstet war, ebenso werde ich dir tun: Eine Wüste sollst du werden, Gebirge Seir und ganz Edom insgesamt! Und sie werden wissen, daß ich Jehova bin.

Como te alegraste sobre la heredad de la casa de Israel, porque fué asolada, así te haré á ti: asolado será el monte de Seir, y toda Idumea, toda ella; y sabrán que yo soy Jehová.

Tal como te alegraste sobre a herança da casa de Israel, porque foi desolada, assim eu também farei a ti; o monte de Seir, e todo o Edom se tornarão em desolação; e saberão que eu sou o SENHOR.

Como te alegraste com a destruição da herança do povo de Israel, farei o mesmo a ti. Tu te tornarás uma desolação, monte Seir, e todo o Edom; sim todo ele! Então, eles saberão que Eu sou Yahweh".
