Und es geschah zur Zeit, da man das Speisopfer opfert, da trat Elia, der Prophet, herzu und sprach: Jehova, Gott Abrahams, Isaaks und Israels! Heute werde kund, daß du Gott in Israel bist, und ich dein Knecht, und daß ich nach deinem Worte alles dieses getan habe.

Y como llegó la hora de ofrecerse el holocausto, llegóse el profeta Elías, y dijo: Jehová Dios de Abraham, de Isaac, y de Israel, sea hoy manifiesto que tú eres Dios en Israel, y que yo soy tu siervo, y que por mandato tuyo he hecho todas estas cosas.

E quando chegou a hora de oferecer-se o holocausto, chegou-se o profeta Elias, e disse: SENHOR Deus de Abraão, de Isaque, e de Israel, seja hoje manifesto que tu és Deus em Israel, e que eu sou teu servo, e que por mandado teu fiz todas estas coisas.

Aconteceu que, na hora da oferta do sacrifício da tarde, o profeta Elias se aproximou e disse: "Yahweh, Deus de Abraão, de Isaque e de Israel, manifesta hoje que tu és Deus em Israel, que eu sou Teu servo, e que eu tenho feito todas essas coisas conforme a Tua palavra.
