And there arose a great cry: and the scribes that were of the Pharisees’ part arose, and strove, saying, We find no evil in this man: but if a spirit or an angel hath spoken to him, let us not fight against God.

So a great uproar ensued, and some of the Teaches of the law belonging to the Pharisees’ party stood up and hotly protested: “We find nothing whatever wrong in this man. Suppose a spirit did speak to him, or an angel...”

Es entstand aber ein großes Geschrei, und die Schriftgelehrten von der Partei der Pharisäer standen auf und stritten und sagten: Wir finden an diesem Menschen nichts Böses; wenn aber ein Geist oder ein Engel zu ihm geredet hat...

Y levantóse un gran clamor: y levantándose los escribas de la parte de los Fariseos, contendían diciendo: Ningún mal hallamos en este hombre; que si espíritu le ha hablado, ó ángel, no resistamos á Dios.

E houve uma grande gritaria; e levantando-se os escribas da parte dos fariseus, disputavam, dizendo: Nenhum mal achamos neste homem; e se algum espírito ou anjo falou com ele?

Assim ocorreu um grande alvoroço, e alguns dos escribas pertencentes aos fariseus levantaram-se e argumentaram, dizendo: "Não encontramos nenhum mal neste homem. Quem sabe se foi um espírito ou um anjo que falou com ele"?
