And saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, He shall give his angels charge concerning thee: and in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone.

“If you are God’s Son, throw yourself down, for scripture says — ‘He will give his angels commands about you, and on their hands they will lift you up, so you do not even strike your foot against a stone.’”

und spricht zu ihm: Wenn du Gottes Sohn bist, so wirf dich hinab; denn es steht geschrieben: "Er wird seinen Engeln über dir befehlen, und sie werden dich auf den Händen tragen, damit du nicht etwa deinen Fuß an einen Stein stoßest."

Y le dice: Si eres Hijo de Dios, échate abajo; que escrito está: A sus ángeles mandará por ti, y te alzarán en las manos, para que nunca tropieces con tu pie en piedra.

E disse-lhe: Se tu és o Filho de Deus, lança-te abaixo, porque está escrito que: Mandará a seus anjos acerca de ti, e te tomarão pelas mãos, para que nunca com teu pé tropeces em pedra alguma.

e disse-Lhe: "Se Tu És o Filho de Deus, lança-Te daqui abaixo, pois está escrito: 'Ele dará ordem aos Seus anjos para que tomem conta de ti,’ e 'Eles irão segurá-lo em suas mãos, para que teu pé não tropece contra uma pedra'".
